Effective October 18, 2026. The Original Alicia is the business name of a sole proprietor based in California ("TOA," "we," "us"). Using this site or buying from us means you agree to these terms. Contact hello@theoriginalalicia.com. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Site content, coaching, templates, and workshops are educational. They are not legal advice, HR compliance advice, financial advice, medical advice, mental-health care, or recruiting placement.
Nothing here guarantees a job, a hire, a pay level, or a business result. You make your own decisions. Check current official sources before you rely on a law, a rule, or a credential requirement.

AI tools can produce text that is wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat every AI draft as a draft. Review it before you send, sign, publish, pay, or act on it.
Do not paste someone else's private or confidential information into an AI tool. You are responsible for the AI provider you choose and for that provider's terms.
Free guides and paid downloads, including the workbook, are covered by the digital product policy. A sale is final once the download link is shown on the confirmation page or emailed to you, except where the law requires a refund.
Coaching, advisory, and build work are scoped in a written proposal. That document sets the price, the timing, and what is included.
Sessions and workshops booked on this site also follow the Booking, Deposit and Refund Terms. Done-for-you builds stay on a written proposal and an invoice. Monthly care is not part of online booking.
Stripe processes payments. We do not store your full card number. Receipts come from Stripe.
Materials and services are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, The Original Alicia is not responsible for losses that come from how you use AI tools, templates, or advice, and any claim is limited to what you paid for the product or service involved. Where the law does not allow a limit, that limit applies only as far as the law allows.

The Original Alicia is based in California. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
