I’m Alicia.

Pronounced uh-LEE-shuh

I help people and workplaces get ready for AI, with an HR leader’s care for people.

Born in Santa Clara and raised in Silicon Valley, I’m a former HR executive with nearly 15 years in HR and operations leadership. I’ve written the policies, sat on the employer side of hard conversations, and helped teams through change. Now I bring that experience to AI: I build AI departments for businesses, coach professionals to use AI well, and help leaders in any department build cultures that are ready for it.

HR taught me that serving people and shaping business outcomes belong together. AI doesn’t change that. It raises the stakes. Every system I build keeps a person in charge of the decisions that matter.

I have built multiple websites, web apps, and AI bot teams, including my own. The range includes, but is not limited to:

• Connection platforms for people who are often not prioritized when it comes to connection
• An event rental booking system for marquee letters and events
• E-commerce shops for community brands
• AI bot teams, from a chief-of-staff bot that coordinates other bots to a personal assistant bot that helps organize life

What really matters is walking through your workflows, finding the bottlenecks that would benefit most from AI, and learning which tools to train and plug in so you can speed up the work and keep monitoring it.
