Plain language, no games. This wording is in draft while the store is being prepared and will be confirmed before checkout opens.
Information you type into a form: your name, email, optional phone number, and the context you choose to share about your work, family, organization, or event.
Purchase information when you buy a digital product: your email address and the billing address or country needed for a receipt and tax determination. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach this website.
Basic delivery records: which files an order grants and when a download link was used.
We do not request Social Security numbers, birth dates, government identity documents, account passwords, résumé files through public forms, medical or mental-health diagnoses, or detailed sensitive histories.
Please do not send those. If you send them anyway, we will delete them.
To reply to you, schedule work you requested, deliver a product you purchased, keep receipts and records, and improve what we build.
Marketing email is separate from a purchase. Buying a digital product does not add you to any marketing list. You are only added when you check a marketing consent box yourself.
Stripe processes payments. Supabase hosts the database and private file storage. Email and messaging providers deliver messages you asked for. Each processes information only to provide that service.
We do not sell your information.
You can unsubscribe from email at any time. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it.
