This is the license and refund policy for the AI job search digital products. Checkout opens only after the remaining setup steps are complete, so some products may not be purchasable yet.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own job search.
- You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, share, or sublicense the files, and you may not use them to build a competing product.
- You own your own career information and the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of whichever third-party AI tool you use.
- You are responsible for verifying every AI-generated fact and all employer and role information before you rely on it.
- There is no interview, placement, compensation, or offer guarantee.
- These tools do not provide legal, financial, immigration, recruiting-placement, or mental-health advice.
Digital products are nonrefundable once access has been provided. Two exceptions apply: a duplicate charge, and a file that is materially defective or inaccessible and cannot be corrected. Nonwaivable consumer rights under applicable law are preserved.
Secure download access stays open for 30 days after purchase, with up to five successful downloads per file. If you need that window extended or reset, email hello@theoriginalalicia.com and it can be handled manually.
