Digital product license and refund policy.
Effective October 18, 2026. This policy covers digital products sold by The Original Alicia, the business name of a California sole proprietor, including the AI Job Search Resource Bundle and the Build Your Own AI Department workbook. Questions: hello@theoriginalalicia.com.
- The AI Job Search Resource Bundle and other single-user files: you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them in your own career or business.
- You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, share, or sublicense the files, and you may not use them to build a competing product.
- Workbook: one purchase covers use by you and your team inside one business or organization. Please do not resell it, post it publicly, or share it outside your organization.
- You own your own career information and the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of whichever third-party AI tool you use.
- You are responsible for verifying every AI-generated fact and all employer and role information before you rely on it.
- There is no interview, placement, compensation, or offer guarantee.
- These tools do not provide legal, financial, immigration, recruiting-placement, or mental-health advice.
The free AI Department Starter is free with your first name and email. You can download it right after you sign up, and we also email you a private link. The AI Job Search Resource Bundle is included with the AI Job Search Strategy Session. A separate checkout for that bundle is not open on this website yet. The workbook download opens from the confirmation page on this website after Stripe confirms the payment, and from the email sent to the address used at checkout. The link is private to that purchase. It expires, and each file has a download limit. The file is not posted as a public link. If you lose the link, email hello@theoriginalalicia.com with your receipt and we will resend it.
All sales of digital products are final once your download link is shown on the confirmation page or emailed to you, except where the law requires a refund. We will fix the problem or refund you for a duplicate charge, a charge for a product you did not receive, or a file that will not open and that we cannot fix within 7 days of your email. Email hello@theoriginalalicia.com with your receipt within 30 days of purchase.
