Organization offers start from a set price. Larger builds start with a custom proposal. Monthly care is separate from the build.

The build fee covers the agreed build project. Monthly care is ongoing work under a separate plan agreement, not included in the build fee. You share the work you want handled and identify who approves outputs. Scope, milestones, software costs and support are confirmed in your written proposal before you commit.

Month to month. No minimum term. Full terms are in your plan agreement.

Change orders: $349/hr.

Care, Optimize and Grow renew each month until you cancel. There's no minimum term. Care is $349 a month, Optimize is $1,047 a month, and Grow is $2,094 a month. Cancel any time by emailing hello@theoriginalalicia.com before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops the next charge. Change orders are billed at $349 an hour. We'll email you 7 to 30 days before any price change.

Strategy Plus Retainer

$3,000 a month · 3-month minimum, then month to month

Up to 6 hours of implementation and improvement work a month, a 60-minute strategy call each month, and a 90-minute roadmap session each quarter. After 3 months it continues month to month until you cancel with 30 days' notice by emailing hello@theoriginalalicia.com.

My approach is built to keep your people and grow them. Bots take the repetitive work so your team has more time for the human work, and more room for kindness and joy at work. Every staffing decision stays yours.
I'm not a tech person. Is this for me?
Yes, and you are exactly who I build for. I handle the technical side and show you how to use your bots in plain language, at your pace.
How much of my time will this take?
Less than you might think. You share how your work runs in a short intake, then you review and approve at a few key points. Done-with-you work adds a few live working sessions with your team. Your written scope shows each step, and what we need from you, before we begin.
