Booking, Deposit and Refund Terms

A Strategy Session ($349) is paid in full at booking. A workshop takes a 50% deposit at booking, and the full deposit counts toward your total. The amount due today and the balance are shown before you pay. Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Done-for-you builds are not paid on this page. They start with a written proposal and an invoice. Monthly care plans are not part of online booking.

After you pay, you pick a time on our calendar or send us three times that work. We confirm within 2 business days. If we can't agree on a time within 30 days of your payment, you can ask for a full refund.

You can reschedule or cancel for free with at least 48 hours' notice. A cancellation with that notice gets a full refund. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without telling us, the session counts as used. You get one courtesy reschedule per session.

The 50% deposit reserves time on our calendar for a build that already has a written statement of work. Your scope, timeline and balance due date are set in that statement. If we don't both sign it within 14 days of your payment, we refund your deposit in full. Once it's signed and kickoff is scheduled, the deposit is non-refundable, except as stated in section 6. The balance is due as set in your statement of work and is billed by Stripe invoice.

A non-refundable 50% deposit holds your date, except as stated in this section and section 6. We send the balance invoice 30 days before your workshop, and it is due 14 days before. If the date we agree is 14 days or fewer away, we invoice the balance when we confirm the date, and it is due before the workshop. If you cancel more than 60 days before the workshop, we refund the deposit in full. If you cancel 30 to 60 days before, we keep the deposit. If you cancel fewer than 30 days before, the full fee is due. You can move your date once at no cost if you ask more than 30 days before the workshop. Later date changes are accommodated when possible.

If we need to cancel or move a session, build kickoff or workshop, we'll tell you as soon as we can and offer new times. If no new time works for you, we refund everything you paid for it, in full.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

These terms work together with our Terms of Use and, for builds and workshops, your signed statement of work or workshop agreement. If they conflict, your signed agreement controls. California law applies.
